At NOSTARA, each piece is carefully prepared to ensure comfort, quality, and fit. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns only in case of:
damaged items
incorrect items received
manufacturing defects
To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include:
order number
a clear unboxing video starting from the sealed package
short description of the concern
Requests submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for return.
Items not eligible for return
To maintain hygiene and product integrity, we currently do not accept returns for:
size issues
color preference changes
change of mind after delivery
We recommend reviewing the size chart before placing your order to ensure the best fit.
Exchanges
At this time, exchanges are not available. If your item is eligible for return due to damage or defect, we will provide a replacement or refund after verification.
Refunds
Once your return request is approved:
replacement will be arranged, or
refund will be processed to the original payment method
Refund processing time:
5–7 working days after approval
